A 1978 graduate of Babson College, Ken left his high powered management position at Coca-Cola USA to join the family land development business in 1986. Ken started Prime Homes a local custom home building company that today has built over 300 homes on Cape Cod over the last 20+ years. Ken is also devoted to community service as a Mashpee Selectmen from 1995-2006. He is currently a Mashpee Water Commissioner serving in that capacity since 2006. Ken also takes pride in being the president of the Mashpee Pops, a nonprofit organization.
As a young boy Ken dreamed of being a partner in the family business. After graduating in 2009 from Curry College he joined the Prime Home and Realty team working as a full time employee. Ken has worked in the family business since 2003 in the summer months in between school mostly doing clerical and landscaping. In 2010 Ken received his unrestricted building license. Ken’s specialty is home designs and developing home plans that fit our customer’s needs.
Erika Young, the daughter of Ken Marsters joined the Prime Homes + Realty Team in 2012 after graduating from the University of Massachusetts Boston. At UMass Boston Erika strived in excellence in both academics and on the Soccer field where she served as captain during her senior year. During 2012 Erika earned her real estate license. Growing up as a child Erika wanted to be part of the family business and today she leads the Prime Homes realty division.
